Physiology ā Behavior ā Ecology ā Conservation
Iām a Research Associate at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology broadly interested in ecology and conservation. I use a combination of long-term monitoring and controlled experiments to resolve the mechanisms underlying physical and behavioral traits. These studies contribute to our understanding of how phenotypes evolve and respond to environmental change.
I have been working in New Guinea for a decade, where I provide training and employment for local people and leverage local knowledge to study and conserve understudied bird taxa.
